Windows live mail redirect

I have done a bit more checking and found that the email with an embeded picture can be sent from windows xp, can be sent from gmail. I don't know enough about the technicalities but wondered if that might be a reason? I get those once in a while and it is the way that they were sent. You can save them and then attach them and go that route.
